still gaining weight and adding weight to the bar thats good enough for me, how about you man? oh by the way i did take some snaps of my wheels but they dont do them any justice lol , i will do though!!!

thanx man great advice! meaning barbell rows a bit too much? one more question do you go heavy and low reps all the time or do you mix it up? the weights you are lifting are awesome!

back, i start with 4 sets 8 reps of pull ups, pulldowns 4sets, seated rows 4sets, bent over barbell rows and to finish deadlifts then i go to work for 8 hours lol
