Thanks brotha, that means a lot. That was back in Nov. and the pecs are really shaping up. I rap my up my chest routine with bench dumbbell extensions. It really stretches the upper pecs and the puppies are spent after 5 sets. Stay tuned for my new prog pics this spring.
Hey Bro. I was doing great. Just getting over a cold now. Getting back into gym tomorrow Monday. Training wheels! Post your wheel pics. Let's see them.
Talk you soon
Lou Ferrigno believe it or not. He and I are about the same height and body type. In his heyday, he was insane. And of course Arnold. Yates was the first body builders I've ever seen to pack on mass like he did.
thx so much!! oh no.. im interested in football, but during the week i have no time to watch anything on tv... but im sure you will enjoy the game!! :) keep it up and best luck with your goals!! - Derya
Cool. Take care mate.
You never show me what your wheels are like. If you want overall mass, train them.
Also, I would do 1-arm dummbbell rows when I do barbell rows. They go well together since they hit same group, just dummbbell is isolation move.
Ciao.
I mean do the barbell rows on another day. Back should be 2 times week. Deadlifts should be 1 of those days. I train heavy, but with reps, especially on back since back is full of slow and fast twitch fibers. you need both for building and separating back. ALWAYS train back heavy with reps. No less than 12 reps..
Sounds great! I would suggest pull-ups, then deadlifts, and then pull-downs, t-bar, and seated rows w/inverted pull downs as superset.. just a suggestion.
Save the baarbell rows for another back day.
hey my friend.
Ciao. Glad you had great workout. Pull ups, do not forget them. And wheels training will put some more mass on your body and harden you.
What is workout today?
