Gain muscle mass while still staying lean

get fukin huge

Look like a tank

Lean up so i am much more defined, whilst also maintaining any increasing lean muscle mass and strength

Get more definition in quads/calf.

get to 4% bf--

180 ASAP!

Become completly huge...
