Well, I started with my friend just to get stronger. I weighed 287 lbs. As i was getting stronger i lost some weight. I got down to 240 and got my bench up to 440 lbs. Then i tore a pec muscle and started losing more weight. Got down to 167 and started gaining muscle back.
Well, thanksgiving and christmas was not too bad this year cause i was trying to gain a little muscle. Now the games begin. I am about 16% body fat which is not too bad. I want to be at 8% by April. I know i can do it. I just need to stick to my diet and do some cardio. Even though i did not...
