Short term goal this off season to maintain and gain some mass. Overall goal to get big and shredded!
Goal (Long):
This off season I want to maintain the gains from the past summer while I'm working through a busy new work and school schedule. I will focus on lifting heavier weights and low reps and hitting the gym at least 3x per week. I want to keep eating as clean and while I'm not too worried about getting cut I want to stay relatively lean and keep some lean mass gains I made the past summer.
She is tough and sexy and commited to looking amazing. Shows me that hard work can really pay off and that there are no limitations to what you can achieve.
The last few weeks have been a little crazy. I just recently moved into a new apartment then not long after I took a trip to Las Vegas to relax a bit before I had to start school. Then school started and and I'm trying to get into the routine taking 3 tough courses while still working part...
You should not cheat lol Training for me it's ok. I've never stopped for the last 5 years lol. I just want my legs big as yours! Hope you read the pm I've sent you. I've explained there my training pretty much. Hope to hear about yours soon. Have a nice weekend!
it was alright, helped get out a bit more I guess but I just ordered some white flood, heard some pretty good things about it so now I'm waiting for that to get in and try it :)
I hear ya there dude... I took a little time off from the gym but am going to start hitting it back hard again this next couple of days. I'm going to start working on my diet which is the hardest thing for me right now!
Well thats understandable just hang in there.Im sure you probly didn't lose to much im sure the muscle memory kicked in. Just when you make it in the gym go hard bro!That work and school im sure is a killer. On my end my workouts have actually been going pretty good...im dropping weight and leaning up so im HAPPY and can't complain.Stay focused
