Started to improve my general fitness and power for track.
Why I Love It:
It gives me the opportunity to improve and become a better athlete at the sports i love!
How I Stay Motivated:
By keeping in mind that the hard work pays off on the field.

I want to improve for competition in American Football and Track.
Goal (Long):
I want to become overall a leaner, more powerful and faster athlete. I am aiming to lose excess body fat (gain a six pack in the process), build muscle, and improve my speed, strength and power. I aim to achieve this through hard work in the gym, on the track and on the field, combined with a good diet and good recovery.
