whats up man. I can try to take some mix in a container. My troubles come in instances like today. We were out for like 9 hours. An that is moving pretty much non-stop whther in vehicles or on foot. Its hard to eat right in this situation. I will try to take some mix next time. I take hydroxycut hardcore. Thanks man.

I do have dry powder but I would have to figure out a way to take it. When I go out for work I dont have a lot of time so it is easy to eat protein bars while driving. I have myoplex delux bars (15g sugar 30g protein) and detour bars (11g sugar 30g protien). I figured it was better than not eating at all. We do have eggs but they are not real and taste like shit. I eat them anyways though.

I mostly eat meat with rice and a green veggi. Its very hard to come across cold water very often here. The only reason I said about the week off intense training is because all of the articles on periodization I read suggested it. If you say otherwise I beleive you. Also, I do supersets for abs. It hurts :)

I just posted my workout routine that I am doing right now. Take a look at it and tell me what you think. My diet is where I suffer the most. Not that I dont eat clean but with my job sometimes I go long periods of time without eating. I usually bring a protein bar along with me but sometimes I cant even eat that. I am going to try and figure something out to do better with it. Thanks for the encouragement and helpful hints.
