When I Started:
Sep, 2008
How I Started:
I really got started about 8 years ago when I really did a good job and had a pretty good physique. Since then I have worked out off and on (more off). Now I am in Iraq so I decided to try and track my progress while I am here. I hope this will give me the jump start I need to get back where I want to be phsically.
Why I Love It:
Stress releif and challenge.
How I Stay Motivated:
I want to shock everyone when they see me back home. Also, I want to keep this up for the rest of my life. Wish me luck.
Well....it has been a while but I had to have surgery so I haven't been in the gym for a long time. I am getting close to where I need to be to start again. I am excited.
Get your sexy ass home to me....I know I told you that earlier but I wanted to say it again! You are doing great baby - I can't wait to see you in person! As you are getting bigger I will be shrinking away! I love you so much! Keep up the hard work! ;-)
I see what you mean about your arms growing easily as they look bigger, and more defined, in your latest progress shots. I'm with you on the fat being the hardest thing to get under control, but I'm sure you'll get there as you appear to be making good progress. Keep up the great work!
Hey my friend. If you are training hard, and cardio regular, fat intake is better than sugar. But if you can, neither should be taken in large amounts. Can you take dry protein in containers and mix when you have to? Just add water? Otherwise, protein bars IS better than nothing! Drink plenty of water and take a great thermogenic burner.
Your food is okay. You have eggs where you are? If so, and you can only get whole egg, eat this. and try oatmeal, and if you can carry water w/protein, drink this instead of bars. You can carry the protein dry and just add water when you need it.
Otherwise I will tell you about cool bars that are high in protein and flaxseed oil
Your body will burn many calories warming up the cold water to absorb it.
This comes from fat. And cardio of ANY kind should be done daily for at least 30 min. Even a quick walk 15 min in one direction and 15 min back counts! And abs supersets are also great way to raise heart rate.
Hey, saw your workout. Why take the week off intense? As long as you taking 2 days every other week for rest, you should be fine. And the sugar will be your problem. bars have sugar! Avoid them unless absolutely necessary. Chicken or burger sandwich is better sometimes than this. And if Fast Food, wendy's grilled chix w/salad/potato is great!!! Or stick to basics, rice and meat and veggies, no more sides, and lots, lots of cold
You welcome man. you have great guns, so you have some great potential muscle under that body. So get it out. May I suggest write wrkout schedule down for 4 to 5 day split, and everything else revolves around this. And as long as you get cardio and training hard, eat every 3 hours, no matter what. and you will grow, and get lean and hard.
