Overall Goal: Having gone from 185 lbs to 110 lbs I have run the complete circle. Now I would like to maintain my lowered bodyfat percentage while slowly putting on some lean mass.

How I Started:
I realized I ate like **** and was fat and out of shape. So i gradually began eating better. Then I started going to the gym. Then I become SUPER OCD about my diet/training and droped super amounts of weight. Now I am trying to be sensible about it all.
Why I Love It:
It gives me a sense of personal pride/acomplishment and it has made me feel healtheir than I have ever been prior.

BB Accomplishments:
Losing 60 lbs of fat(Not really a bodybuilding accomplishment, but it has sure improved my health and confidence).
Attaining 9% bodyfat.
Attaining 6% bodyfat whilst adding 3lbs.

Goal (Long):
To eventually be 145-155 pounds within 2 years time at around 8-10% bodyfat.
3-4 years: 155-160 with 8-10% bodyfat.
4 years and beyond- Maintain/Live Healthy.
