Background

When I Started: Aug 2007
HOW I STARTED:

I was playing J.V. football at my school and I wanted to get better, and my dad started me on working out. I've been hooed ever since, although I wasn't really serious about it until now.

WHY I LOVE IT:

It gives me energy and the drive to make it through the day. It will also provide the support I need for my future. And it gets the ladies:) lol

Growth Hormones

I've been thinking (dangerous thing for anyone to do:) lol) and I've done the research on steroids , not that I was going to do them (not condemning anyone who does) and I know the side effects of them but what about growth hormones? Are they harmful for your body. I know people that do them and they are getting tremendous results with them, but I don't want to take em if they are harmful to my body. Does anyone know if they are or not?

So I am practically living out of my car:) I have my work out clothes and equip. in my trunk, along with all my books, a cooler filled with cold water, food, and supplements. It's the perfect set up! The only thing i go home for is to go to sleep lol. The rest of the time I spend at the school, gym and Library- studying my but off!

College and Bodybuilding

This year will be my first year at college and I'm having a little bit of difficulty learning time management. I 'm also going to be struggling to get in my meals. I'm not living on campus cuz I live 15-20 minutes from the school. So I'm going to have to get a cooler and put my meals in it, but my question is what meals taste good cold? I take protein shakes and meal replacement bars but I don't want that to be a staple, for my meals. That's more of a go to thing anyways when I don't have time for anything else. Plus the nutrition on that isn't as great as a actual meal. Any suggestions?
