When I joined the army I had no intention to start lifting wieghts, I was lazy. One day I went to the gym from boredom and got hooked. I was 140 then, now I am 160 and stronger than most my friends that are above my weight class. I want to put on another 10 to 15 lbs within the next year before I get out of the army, then excel from there.
