How I Started:
Was sick of what i was looking like after not playing sport, and doing nothing but sit on my ass for 3 years. Stopped drinking/smoking cleaned up my diet and it all began from there.
Why I Love It:
it calms me and makes me feel good about myself after each workout.
How I Stay Motivated:
Look at how much progress ive made and then think imagine what ill look like in a few more months time.

everytime i lift i feel stronger everytime i run i feel lighter.

Goal (Long):
Considering i was 28 percent bodyfat at the end of last year (now 14 percent)bmi of 23. I have worked my ass of 7 days a week and dieting, i would now liketo tone up a bit and turn my remaining 6 kilos into lean muscle.

2 cups water and my hydroxycut, hit the gym burnt just over 1000 calories probably the most i have ever in one single gym session.
Sunday:5km run, 2km walk high incline, 15 min cycling
Monday:5km run, 2km walk high incline, Upper body training

Wednesday:5km run, 2km walk high incline, Lower Body Abs
