My shorterm fitness goal is to lose 52#'s, now at 222 #'s and gain lean muscle. June 5th, now at 200#'s. July & Aug. 198#'s
Goal (Long):
I want to ultimately get to 12% body Fat or below. At the start I was 222#'s on a 5'7" frame. Needless to say the charts say I am obese and have to get below 160# to be normal. I want to get to at the least 170#'s of weight then concentrate on building muscle. I have now lost 22#'s in 3 and a half months.
For her determination and high energy. Also her dedication to staying healthy and always...always pushing forward to meet her goals. Busy Professional, mother and she always find's time to get in the excersize. Inspires me to think about training harder.
Lisa inpires me do to her amazing body transformation over time. She is a true body builder with an amazing body, not to mention good looks. Inspirationally, if she can do it, I could to if I try hard. Her body transformation is dynamic! Pump it up Lisa.
