I have been busy with lacrosse for the last like month but im on spring break so i got in some workouts. a little more than a month left in the season then i'll start working out a lot again. i guess a break is good

hey thanks for the add bro! for my lower abs/ obliques i do a lot of hanging leg raises, russian twists with weight. They key there is the added weight i find it makes my cuts a lot deeper
