Workout Program:
Monday, Wednesday, Friday Weight lifting days 45 minutes with a 20 minute cardio warmup. Alternating lower and upper body each day. Drop sets. Lower Body, light weight heavy reps, upper body, heavy weights light reps.

Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday cardio and abs day. 50 minutes interval training on the elliptical machine and 10 on the treadmill, followed by a vigorous ab workout.

Occasional yoga to stretch and elongate overworked muscles.
