Man KILLING myself in the gym, I run at 4am for 5-6 miles, light workout around 11am and train at 5pm, I'm going to slow things down, my body is SORE most days buuuuttt I got goals!!! I'll be checking in to see what Cellucor and U can do :)

Yeah my BF is pretty high! im getting it checked again this week, been doing a lot of cardio trying to define my abs more and lower my BF

Been doing intense cardio 5-6 days a week and weights 3 days a week, i've seen signifigant improvements! Went from 24% to 21% in 5 weeks!

My gym is called 24-7 off of Kelly Springs, I usually run outside and lift weights at the gym

LOL 2 the Jizzle, I been in the gym like you!!! My big run in Birmingham is Sunday, then after that I am toning and lightening up on the cardio! Gotta put this on a 24/7 watch for the summer!!! LOL!

Training has been crazy!!! I am exhausted at the end of the day, but it's well worth it! Gonna post some new pics soon so my progress can be noted! Little man is one now, he is good, thanks for asking! : ) How is your training going?

First off, you look WONDERFUL!!! Thanks for the marathon tips, I have 17 weeks to go, and need all the information, help, guidance necessary. Maybe next year I will be able to post me in a teenie weenie bikini : ), so jealous!!! LOL!

Thanks for the advice, 26 miles seems like a beast! I had my first long run on Saturday and did a good 7 miles, seeing as how I stil have 16 weeks, hopefully that set a good pace. Any other pointers for my training? I am so intrigued, I can't believe you have already done one!

02/10/2008, Birmingham, AL. You can at least come and show your face while i die on the concrete!!! LOL! I had my long run this weekend, proud to say your girl did 7miles!! That's right I said 7! : ) This Saturday imma try to up it to 8 or 9. At that pace I will be ready for that marathon in NO time :)

Come on, You got 17 weeks til the marathon, PLENTY of time to train!!! LOL! Then we will DEFINITELY have an ab off!!! LOL!

I was looking at your transformation, and that takes serious DEDICATION, so congrats on toning up and stick in there, i think our goals are the same, im trying to lose 20LBS by August too, keep me posted! : )
