Monday, Wednesday, Friday Weight lifting days 45 minutes with a 20 minute cardio warmup. Alternating lower and upper body each day. Drop sets. Lower Body, light weight heavy reps, upper body, heavy weights light reps.
Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday cardio and abs day. 50 minutes interval...

Hello again chogan good progress. Diet is key I'm sure you are aware of that. I follow the Paleo diet and measure with the Zone block system. Works like a charm, FreshMarket has the best Turkey too.

I'm not familiar with that location. I believe they have one on Winchester Road. I've never been to it, but may check it out the next time I am down there.
That will do it for sure. Be sure to keep an eye out for signs of overtraining. What you're doing is great for the short term but shouldn't be done over a long period of time. I think you're making the right move by backing off a little bit.
