Monday, Wednesday, Friday Weight lifting days 45 minutes with a 20 minute cardio warmup. Alternating lower and upper body each day. Drop sets. Lower Body, light weight heavy reps, upper body, heavy weights light reps.
Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday cardio and abs day. 50 minutes interval...

Aww he is one now? He is such a little cuttie pa-tuttie... LOL. My son is 7. And I still consider him to be my baby.. Training is going good. My biceps finally popped!!! Yippie. I am focusing on the inner thigh and Quads now. I just hate cardio.. messes up my damn hair! LOL..Yes post some pics girl!! yes.. 26 miles IS alot of miles..haha.. just make sure u stay consistent with ur training, eating and sleeping.. :) i've got lots of little tips so send m if u want and i'll share! :)
shiiiii ya boy is NOT trainin for no dam marathon. Not I! lol. I barely have time to train as it is cuz of work and all the other crap i got goin on. Whats the date for it?
gurl u know u gon be tight by dec 20. U the cardio queen right now! lol. Man i've upped ma cardio hardcore (along wit abs) and i've seen a difference in jus a week. Ima keep it up so we can have a AB OFF contest hahahah. Get em wit ya freakum gurl dress! lol
