Background
I have had some family members who have had some health issues, some with heart disease and some with diabetes and other issues so i decided to make the most of my motivation and get started.
I love the feeling of getting that extra couple minutes of cardio or that few extra pounds more lifted in my workouts. I am enjoying the energy boost I am getting from the excercise and diet changes i have made.

diet going well
Posted in Nutrition : Jan 17, 2012 4:26pmI'm down to 175 pounds, although I had hoped I would be leaner at this point I am not unhappy where I am at, I am still losing some bodyfat and my lifts are going well. Had to deal with some minor back issues but dead lifts were at 315 this morning, cranking out 20 body weight pullups (easy at this weight) and 185 on bent barbell rows plus the rest of my back day routine. Being this light feels awesome.
looking forward to an awesome leg day tomorrow morning.
