ugh...
This is the bikini I want to look AMAZING in.
GRRRR..i need to tone down the lifting and do more CARDIO based lifting. But powerlifting feels sooooo good!!

After 3 months, there still is no change after working out and lifting harder than I previously did. It's all in the diet.

3 weeks of Circuit training, 1 week of Double Days

Not much progress here. Working on Compound/Circuit training. Hopefully after this week my body will start responding to Double days 5 days a week.

Hmm..it appears to be tighter, my butt is higher and more firm. My calves have more definition. Thats all great but... I don't see much difference :(
