Goal (Long):
I've always wanted to be in shape. I've always been the heavier child of 4. I've never had an over eating problem, but regardless of the cause it has led me to being 220 pounds and 40% body fat. It has taken me a year and a half to get to where I am now, but that is after making it all the way down to 185 lbs and 26.5% body fat and rebounding.
I want to make a final change, and I wont be satisfied until I get there. And I want to make it by August 2009. That only gives me 2 months.
She's my big sis, who always makes me feel like caring for me is worth it. She never fails to make me believe that whatever goal i have i can achieve. And i adore her so very much and never ceases to amazing me.
She inspires me to believe that muscle is sexy, NOT the other way around. This is what fitness should look like. And watching her progress makes me believe that I too can be in the best shape of my life NOW...not later.
I have been having some trouble losing weight (fat)..Between all the combinations (cardio only, light weight and heavy cardio, weights only, heavy weights and light cardio or heavy weights and heavy cardio)..There is only one combo that allows ME to lose body fat. And it makes no sense.

I'm really unhappy with the progress pics and going to have them re done. I think it is a bad lighting and autofocus issue. I hated em, looked=s so soft!
Well I was vegetarian. But since it became clear that the only thing I could tolerate were proteins & certain vegetables and water with lemon-and soy seemed to trigger more nausea-I had to do what is best for my unborn.Now val I hate to do this to you but you do remember my before pics right? The ones on FA? OK granted i was only overweight for about 4 months but still. and granted that was some thyroid malfunction but I still had to eat to get there.
Lol u make my night. ha-ha um Val the secret is the lil parasite called King max. he makes sure mommy isn't getting fat, he doesn't let me eat junk or I just barf it up. He only likes veggies & protein. The kid hates processed sugars. Plus just hauling him around inside my body is a workout lol. You should hear me huffing n puffin walking to the car!
Hey, thanks.. Just keep pushing, you'll appreciate it. I didn't work out for about a year and half once and going back started with 20 to 30 min treadmill walking till I got back into it. Keep at it.
