To be what every woman wants to be....AN ABSOLUTE GODDESS!!! NOOOOWWW...not later.
Goal (Long):
I've always wanted to be in shape. I've always been the heavier child of 4. I've never had an over eating problem, but regardless of the cause it has led me to being 220 pounds and 40% body fat. It has taken me a year and a half to get to where I am now, but that is after making it all the way down to 185 lbs and 26.5% body fat and rebounding.
I want to make a final change, and I wont be satisfied until I get there. And I want to make it by August 2009. That only gives me 2 months.
She's my big sis, who always makes me feel like caring for me is worth it. She never fails to make me believe that whatever goal i have i can achieve. And i adore her so very much and never ceases to amazing me.
She inspires me to believe that muscle is sexy, NOT the other way around. This is what fitness should look like. And watching her progress makes me believe that I too can be in the best shape of my life NOW...not later.
So...I gained 2 pounds overall, but I think its a good thing (well when i start losing overall weight in fat and don't gain any weight from muscle...then I'll be doing EXACTLY what I aim to).
So here is the breakdown:
Overall (gain) = 2 lbs
Lead Body Mass (gain) = 6.37 lbs

Hey, thanks.. Just keep pushing, you'll appreciate it. I didn't work out for about a year and half once and going back started with 20 to 30 min treadmill walking till I got back into it. Keep at it.
I got kinda of side tracked with a tripd and this cold... so I think I am going to "re start" this. Im down to 209 and I see the ghost of abs... so it is starting. Circuit is kickin my arse hard hon. Promise on the pics. Rob xoxo
