I was living a terrible lifestyle after my freshman year of college, I used to be in great shape, I played tennis in high school, and for MSU my freshman year of college. I ended up developing ulcers and was hospitalized for them for about 3 weeks. I went from a very unhealthy 168lbs to an even unhealthier 132lbs. After that I decided to be healthier. Once I got a Job at golds gym I knew I wanted to transform my body. The Final Push that got me in the gym was older brother Jaime, I look up to him, and he is in great shape. He showed me the importance of staying fit. I owe a lot to him.
Why I Love It:
I love it because Its a release, It makes me happy, I can play any sport I want, and I don't get sick anymore.
How I Stay Motivated:
I love seeing results, as soon as I saw Brad Pitt in fight club, I knew one day I wanted to look like that. My brother keeps me motivated too.
BB Accomplishments:
I went from 132lbs to 145 (my old weight) and since march I've put on 18 lbs of muscle, my body fat percent went down and my weight went up to a solid 158.
chocohalo1is inspired by cain76. Reason: "i want to compete in a smaller weight class, but im having trouble committing to the lifestyle. you inspire me to go one more step. "
I've currently increased my metablosim by a great deal, and its making it hard to gain weight. Im trying to just gain muscle without ruining my current muscle defenition. Alot of people tell me it can't be done. That I need to put on alot of weight and then cutt down, while this is true, some people have done it the way Im doing it, its alot harder, and takes extreme dicipline on how I approach my diet. I WILL DO IT THOUGH!
