How I Started:
In high school i had joined the track team and after practice we would meet at the schools gym to do leg presses and lift weights that is where i fell in love with the sport.
Why I Love It:
I love how lifting weights allows me to enhance and tone specific areas of my body. Working out allows me to keep my Sanity.

Hi Liz! It wasn't really my calf...it was more front of the leg...like shin. Didn't hit any major veins...so I was training 4 days thereafter. Competed 10 days later. *smile*
