How I Started:	In high school i had joined the track team and after practice we would meet at the schools gym to do leg presses and lift weights that is where i fell in love with the sport.
Why I Love It:	I love how lifting weights allows me to enhance and tone specific areas of my body. Working out allows me to keep my Sanity.
