Started gyming for 1st XV rugby season in 2007 and kept going. Only porperly got into it in the last few months.

Main Goal:
Gain Muscle
Goal (Overall):
Gain muscle and size then tone up nice. Target: 95kg at 10%
Goal (Long):
Short-term: Back to full fitness by circuit training over christmas. This will be mixed with a focus on leg work. Circuits will involve a lot of cardio and extra ab work will be done aswell. No particular focus on food as with me - at this time of year at least - my food intake looks after itself. Taking it easy on the shoulder region after my injury. Once back to a level i am happy with after New Year, i will be hoping to begin with full-on strength work once again.
