Short-term:
Back to full fitness by circuit training over christmas. This will be mixed with a focus on leg work. Circuits will involve a lot of cardio and extra ab work will be done aswell. No particular focus on food as with me - at this time of year at least - my food intake looks after itself. Taking it easy on the shoulder region after my injury.
Once back to a level i am happy with after New Year, i will be hoping to begin with full-on strength work once again.
