How I Started:
I started in high school but lost track upon going into college. My best friend Kev got my passion restored in the Summer of 08 and Ive been going at it ever since.
Why I Love It:
You get what you put in. It's an individual effort and the self-satisfaction you get is unmatched.
How I Stay Motivated:
Trying to keep up with Kev and just to get bigger, faster, and stronger. Also, the anger I have over my ex is a constant motivator.
BB Accomplishments:
Going from 370 lbs at age 16 to 165 at age 17. At 19 Im now between 200-210 lbs. Also, bench pressing 300 lbs was big for me.

on abs.workin them everyday exhausts them ..i mean you get results by doin that .but just like every muscle they need there rest just a little advice that helped me alot!
