Why I Love It:
Build character, self esteem, and pride within myself. Stress reliever. Every grueling workout makes me that much more bigger. The pain. The struggle. It's my drug. Im addicted.
How I Stay Motivated:
Quotes are a major. Alot of kids my age that are J.A.C.K.E.D. music plays it's role at times and definetly compliments because they rarely pass by but when they do, they keep you going for quite awhile.
BB Accomplishments:
Being able to do 100 push-ups straight. If that is considered a BB accomplishment.

Goal (Long):
I am acheiving my set goal for Mass, Respect, confidence, compliments, attention(female), to maintain a healthy and balanced life style and feel better about myself.
Yeah brotha, I just posted my shtuff on the John Casablancas modeling agency website an like a week later I gotta call and email saying there interested and to go by auditions in a couple weeks.
decided to focus entirely on cutting fat to get super ripped and tight with low bf% and maintain my current mass. hardcore cardio running swimming etc 6 days a week with bodyweight routines to maintain mass 3 days a week. do you think with a clean diet this schedule will get me from 14% bf to 6-8% over time ? After I get bf down I will look at bulking

LOL YEA I GOT SOME SIZE BUT I WOULD TRADE PLACES WITH YOU IN HEART BEAT. I DID NOT WORKOUT TIL I WAS 19 AND WAS NOT VERY SERIOUS. IF YOU FOCUS ON DEALIFTS, SQUATS, ETC YOU CAN ALTER YOUR GENTICS WHILE YOU ARE ACTIVLY GROWING YOU CAN BE A POWERHOUSE BY THE TIME YOU ARE 21
