started competitive kickboxing, and was hooked ever since

it is my therapy, it sets the tone for my day, keeps me focused and motivated for life
How I Stay Motivated:
i want to be the "example" and i know i am up at 5:30 a.m when everyone is too lazy to get out of bed, adn i feel like a warrior

Goal (Long):
i thrive off people who say they dont have time to workout.
i love the discipline and drive to go to the gym 6 days a week and end each workout knowing i gave it 110% that day, it's what we do each day and each training session, that give us the end results we want.
with that said, i look to do trial and error with my body, to see what is going to give me the gains with dedicated workouts, nutrition and a balance in life to have fun that is going to give me a more defined six-pack and over all less body fat %.
