I got tired of feeling burnt out after heading back to study at nights after work.
Why I Love It:
It's a constant challenge and a positive lifestyle. That and the feeling of not being able to walk after legs day....strange addiction but meh

...hey! That's a good idea! I've never ever thought of getting a trainer for a few sessions? ..good way to get out of a slump? ...or to hit the next level! Thx for the idea man! ...gyms good here! i'm making slow but steady progress. Hitting some PRs the weight I'm pushing and my bf%. my wheels are my weakness, just trying to work 'em. hard balancing gaining muscle mass and leaning out. but it keeps me hitting the gym everyday. you look like you're making great gains. props, man.

my split trains each muscle group once a week chest, back, shoulders, bis/tris, legs...so on chest day, i finish with a heavy tri exercise and on back day i finish with a heavy bicep exercise (usually hammer)...then arm day is pretty short, no more than 3 exercises per muscle group since they're smaller you can overtrain em easy
