I got tired of feeling burnt out after heading back to study at nights after work.
Why I Love It:
It's a constant challenge and a positive lifestyle. That and the feeling of not being able to walk after legs day....strange addiction but meh

hey man--thanks for the shout out. i have been making some PR in bf% and feeling like i'm gaining mass. just had a trainer @ my gym give me a new routine. i'm working on getting my 6 pack for my b-day @ the end of the month. always good to have a goal. you hit abs much?
