Workout Program:
Mon- Cardio 20-30 mins and Abs
Tues- Warmup (Bike 15 mins) Chest & Biceps
Wed- Cardio 20-30 mins and Abs
Thurs- Warmup (Bike 15 mins) Shoulders & Legs
Fri- Cardio 20-30 mins and Abs
Sat- Warmup (Bike 15 mins) Back and Triceps
Sun- Off...may go for a bike ride or other form of light aerobic activity.
