I started playin soccer at age 9 and was my life for a while. I ended up getting a full ride scholarship to MSU. I tore my ACL twice and had to have reconstructive surgery on my right knee while I was in college. So make a long story short my soccer career ended at age 18. Ive always been active...and just recently ive been in a little slump...i need to get out of it quick before i turn into a big rolly polly...
Why I Love It:
Its the best feeling in the world after a workout. Its euphoric....i wanna feel that way again...plus working out makes you feel more confident about yourself...i need that right now

So yesterday I did the start to my circuit training (chest shoulders & bi's) and holy moly...I loved every minute of it...i feel great today....little sore, but ready to tackle my circuit today (back & tri's) I actually saw some veins in my arms...lol...which scared me a little...
Mon- Cardio 20-30 mins and Abs
Tues- Warmup (Bike 15 mins) Chest & Biceps
Wed- Cardio 20-30 mins and Abs
Thurs- Warmup (Bike 15 mins) Shoulders & Legs
Fri- Cardio 20-30 mins and Abs
Sat- Warmup (Bike 15 mins) Back and Triceps
Sun- Off...may go for a bike ride or other...
Thats good stuff, but you better be nice to those knees. they are the only pair you get ;) Stay motivated and keep running though! Then you can truely eat whatever you want lol Take care!
haha yes no doubt. Its not showing that you are eating more, so whatever you are doing is working! ;) Training is going good, been lifting really heavy the past few weeks, so lately I have been beat at night! Maxing out on squats tomorrow so I have to get some good sleep tonight! What kind of cardio are you doing?
