Have been active all my life. Ran track and cross country, played basketball and soccer in high school and was a rower and ran track in college.
Why I Love It:
It is a great stress reliever and I just feel like I'm enhancing my life everyday. Its also is enhancing my current nursing education.
How I Stay Motivated:
I am curious as to whether I can achieve the vision that I have in mind which is that of a chiseled and curvy, yet increadibly sexy Amazonian aesthetic.

I've decided that I want to take a break for a while from lifting so heavy.  For how long, I"m really not certain but I realize I needed it and will let my body do its thing until I guess it feels like pushing again.  I will use this time to explore different schemes of fitness and smell...

Everything is good. Just got done with a round of midterms/interviews, so now I got a little bit more time for the gym, finally. Other than that, tryin' to put on a little bit of size in the winter and see about a show in 2010!
