That's a good starting point. No need to focus on small parts now. Just ask me if you see me in the Rec.

I didn't know what I was doing, so I took some sample program from FLEX and followed it, but I made sure to focus on compound exercises as much as possible. For my diet, I just tried to eat as much as possible with plenty of protein.

Yeah, I did. That's when I was in high school. a little progress day by day made a big difference in the long term

Thanks for the add. I don't have a plan to compete in bodybuilding for a while but planning to try powerlifting. I need more strength and size. Great to see other bodybuilder from CWU

Hey, are you the manager at Gold's now? I think I saw you at the Rec center last Friday night where they had some event for new students.
How's business going over there?

it's actually so so. It sucks that it disturbs me doing my chest, back, and shoulder workouts. At least it's a good chance for me to work on my legs more.

for advice, I think it's always to set your goal specific. or at least compete for a show once. it'll make you train seriously, you know

I wish I can do it, but I don't think so. I don't have money and a time to fly there, but I'll do it when I move back to WA
