How I Started:
I was always just skinny and a smallest guy in a classroom who didn't like any exercise activities. In the beginning of high school, I was only 5'2 and 90pounds. so I wanted to change myself, and my brother bought me a bodybuilding magazine, which was shock to see bodybuilders. After I came to the states, I was doing MMA for a while and lifting. After competed at Mr.SIUC, I decided to take things seriously.
Why I Love It:
Anyone can do it as long as you have a little bit of discipline. The harder and smarter you try, the better results you get. All the responsibilities is on you. Also, I got to know so many people since I have started bodybuilding, and everybody is equal in the gym regardless of age, race, gender, etc.
How I Stay Motivated:
Someone is always better than you. I need to catch them up.
BB Accomplishments:
OCB midwest states 2007 open short class 3rd place. Emerald cup 2007 Bantam weight 2nd place NPC Vancouver USA natural Open lightweight class 3rd place. Mr.SIUC 2005 short class 2nd place Mr.SIUC 2005 open short class 2nd place Mr.SIUC 2004 short class 2nd place.

almost to the emerald cup. Diet has been like hell, especially now. I have a few more pounds of water to lose, so I cut off my carbohydrates almost, so my skin and everything started to get dry. great condition, that's the only things making me happy now.

ooohhh. I'm tired.
