Reason: i have been a fan of her blog for ages...her words r comforting when the iron has ravaged my body and made me question my own sanity...especially being a lady...but even we ladies love to feel the burn of quality squat or a heavy one arm row...and miss china walks the walk that and talks the talk...the whole while staying natural the baby!!!! love ya miss china =)

Reason: Ever since I have joined bodyspace, she has always pushed me and has always been extraordinarily supporting of me I am amazed at her dedication and amazing transformation. She constantly motivates me. Truly one of my favorite people on this site!

Reason: What can I say. This lady is AWESOME. She helped me make it out of Afghanistan when others wouldn't. She sets the example as far as what beauty, brains, and body should be. Well at least in my book. She pushes me in a good way and continues to help me through this transition. She is my friend, my soulmate, my everything. Thank you for all that you do to keep me sane. It hasn't helped in all areas because I'm crazy about you.
