luvspellcpl i know i will keep you on the path, but whats crazy is and a blessing 3 minutes around the corner from my accident on an alternate route home a car hit 2 motorcyclist head on killing 2 of the 3 motorcyclist. now you hit the gym and get busy Mar 5, 2013 4:09pm

luvspellcpl yea i had a motorcycle accident last year and broke my ankle in 3 places, dislocated it, tore the tendond and ligaments, did 6 months of rehab leaarning how to walk on it , i have a metal rod in my leg about 10 inches dividing into two separate oieces in my metacarpals of my ankle, but i am in the gym now and hitting it and hitting it hard , added some nice size during my time off and am now gettin ready to compete. well get pumped ,get motivated and stay focused , you are a motivator for me Mar 2, 2013 6:38pm
