Started playing highschool football. I never was really serious about weightlifting until then.
Why I Love It:
I want to stay healthy. I don't want to get older and have tons of medical issues.
How I Stay Motivated:
I see results all the time. Just hearing from people that I haven't seen in a while that I look good is great.

I have no desire to compete. I love watching bodybuilding as a sport, but I don't think that that lifestyle is for me.

It's hard to bouce back from an injury. I love to workout and when I broke my leg that was the worst time for me. I was 15 at the time. After surgery I couldn't walk for 8 months. I missed a whole semester of school. Not to mention rehab. Now I'm ready to get serious with my workouts I have...

Hey. thanks, Im trying to major in Nursing, that or something revolving athletic/personal Trainning. I cant get away from working out, and i fig. if i love it, why not do something like that for a living. Looks like what your doing is working.Good luck w/ the trainning.

I haven't been doing cardio in months. I'm trying to bulk up. When I do cardio, I usually go for 40 mins at 3.5 mph and with a 15 incline.

The diet is the most important thing if you want to have 7 percent body fat. Make sure you don't eat no more than 3500 cals a day. You have at least 250 grams of protein 300 grams of carbs and less than 70 grams of sugar and calories from fat. That's number one thing. Cardio is also great. I recommend doing 3.5 with at 15 incline for 40-45 mins. If you can't do that, then I suggest you try 3.5 at 10. Strength training is always good regardless if you want to tone up or bulk up.
