My Motivation Program

The mirror. Also, I believe that God has given me a gift.. a strong heart, clean lungs, strong legs, and healthy body. I feel that being fit and healthy are Beautiful and pleasing to God. When I am suffering through difficult workouts, grueling long runs, exhausting recovery....I offer that suffering to God, so that other's who can't exercise or have pain and suffering can have some relief and stregth.
