ballin4lifebra well i dont actually have a fixed routine i always listen to my body when i go to the gym and by that i mean what kinda exercise for which muscle i should do but for if youre a beginner you should try moderate weights and 3 sets of 10 for each exercise you do for whatever muscle you are working out, if you want me to give you a routine to start with and what kinda diet you should have just send me your email Dec 11, 2009 6:42am

jtcastro thanks man i have been training intense for like 7-8 months now and dieting so good but seeing that you are very skinny you can get there if you eat constant and no processed sugars by protein and creatine and 50 grams of fast digesting carbs right after workout to build some nice mass Mar 24, 2009 6:37pm
