How I Started:
I was heading fast and furious for my big 3-0 and wanted to get in shape.
I guess you can say it all started there and I haven't looked back since.
Why I Love It:
Apart from the fact that I love the way my body has changed so far, nothing relaxes me more than a good hard session at the gym.
I feel invigorated mentally & physically.
How I Stay Motivated:
Seeing my body change along with positive comments from family & friends keeps me going & makes it all worth-while.
I also get inspiration from South African fitness models such as Audrey Dippennar & Nicole Warburg but my ultimate personal favourite is the awesome Ava Cowan - damm that woman has a smokin' bod!
BB Accomplishments:
Haven't got there yet but I've made the finals in the 2008 fitness magazine cover model search.
I'm also aiming to compete in the Shameen Classic (April 2009) which is a local body-building event.

Goal (Long):
All my life I've been skinny but that's about it.
As far as muscle tone goes this is the best I've ever looked.
I want to gain more muscle in my shoulders, lats, glutes, calves & ab's, reduce my over all body fat percentage & have a nice balanced symmetry.
u r absolutely right. Actually, it's 80% diet to succeed in either gaining mass or losing fat. the rest for sure u know it, exercise & rest..Good luck!!
u r already slim & have a low BF%, i guess it is a matter of adding some muscle mass with a little hard workout then ur abs will definitely show up. keep it up & good luck!!
