ROverby OOps I was mixing up my stuff for in the morning & realized I lied before. The SciVation is the intra-workout supplement- I do like that one. It's the MusclePharm that is the pre-workout stuff that is hard to choke down. If you do decide to try it, don't get the watermelon flavor- it's GodAwful. Apr 22, 2012 6:45pm

ROverby The MusclePharm Assalt- I drink at the beginning of my workout & I like it alot. :) The SciVation XTend, though, I hate. I can't tell if it's doing anything b/c it tastes so bad it makes me want to vomit. It's horrible. But I drink it anyway, so I hope it does some good. ;) Apr 22, 2012 5:53pm

hbubble Thank you...I did it, bunch of sweaty men, a little bit uncomfortable, I was only female in the whole gym til towards the end, when one other female came in w/ her husband, but I worked out hard, that's what counts!! :-) Apr 14, 2012 5:41pm

funsize3 thank you sir. i know, it looks simple! i tried it by holding onto a bar the other day and couldnt lol. i'm gonna need a padded floor to attempt it! the training soccer players do intrigues me. have a good weekend. i'll keep my tracheal suctioning story to myself this week ta ha ha.
