How I Started:
I asked my friend for a good workout because I wanted to get into shape...after not being able to move for a whole week afterwards, I wondered what I had been considering "working out" up until then! I dropped weight so fast I couldn't shop fast enough....after that, I was hooked!!!
Why I Love It:
I love how good it feels when I challenge myself to lift more than the previous workout & I succeed....It is such a rush to set a goal & meet it. This is definitely my sport!
How I Stay Motivated:
My workout partner & I motivate & support each other everyday. Besides that, seeing the transformation in my body is tremendous motivation too
BB Accomplishments:
I finally benched 135# !!!!!

What leg workout has worked best for you?
Walking lunges with weights...gives me a great workout everytime

... and as the shadows descended into the ravine during this epic battle, one God out-foxed the other. With one ominous Senor up next, the flame in the torch began to wither as the warrior had no place to go. In walked the fruits of victory as the defeated warrior savored atleast a tie heading home to friendlier waters. (smile)

What all did they do in surgery? I pray its a quick recovery for ya. I'm trying to get back into my routine as well since moving to Virginia. Finally settling down and I'm sore as hell, wish I never stopped working out. I like the new avi btw... I think this is your first face pic.
