How I Started:
I started a few years back mostly out of boredom and a need to do something different with my life. I was partying way to much. I became addicted to drugs and destroyed my body. I started working out to give myself something to do with my time, keep my body busy so my mind wouldn't be thinking about using. I fell in love with training almost at once. It has not only help build my body back up, but has helped me remain clean and has helped save my life.
Why I Love It:
I love working out because it is so physical. I love to push myself to the limit just to see how far I can go. And the feeling you get when your workout is over and your endorphins are going like crazy is the best.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by seeing what others have done with there bodies. I know that these people have spent years at building their bodies. I tell myself that I can achieve these same results. Each workout is like a brick, and it takes a lot of bricks to build your house
BB Accomplishments:
I just recently hit 315lbs. on the bench. When I first started out all I really wanted was a big bench like most guys. 315 was the first goal that I set for myself and to finally hit it was awesome.
