Background

When I Started: May 1960
HOW I STARTED:

I started working out for high school sports, football lineman, wrestling and shotput and discus.

WHY I LOVE IT:

You can't play football forever, but you can lift for life. Adjustments are required for age but the power stays with you throughout your life.
