It's something that I've always been interested in and after losing 30lbs since April 2008 I'm motivated.
Why I Love It:
I love the feeling I have after a great workout.
How I Stay Motivated:
I guess I mainly stay focused by looking at current pictures and past pictures of myself. I also use my goals to motivate me to get where I want to be.

This was taken when I was first starting out. I'm 170lbs and way too much body fat even though I've lost 30lbs since April 2008.
