How many reps per set do you usually do? Why?
It varies. When I am on heaavy days I go for 5 to 6 reps and on light days I complete 12 to 15.

Well it is October 18, 2008 and for some reason I feel as if I am not getting any where with the abs. I have cleaned up my diet and do cardio all the time.

Workout Program:
I change my workout every month so variation is big for me. Cardio is three to four times a week and I vary that with the treadmill, stair master and elipitcal.

Foot is fair...toe still hurts, so cardio is minimal. Sounds like you're doing some awesome training. I love doing training away from work.
