So we're in to February now! My training is coming along amazing since i stopped smoking 15 weeks ago.. went completely cold turkey after 10 years.. **** cigs man. I also stopped drinking at new year.
I up'd my calorie intake in those 15 weeks (which takes me to now) from around 2500 to 3500...
