How I Started:
after i graduated highschool i stoped working out. i just had time for work and school. so i didnt really have time for sports or any other tipe of exercise .. eventually friends and family started telling me i was getting chunky and i guess that motivated me to start.
Why I Love It:
Once i started i just fell in love with it i lost the weight right away.. and the definiton i gos was good .. but now i cant stop i just want more and more
How I Stay Motivated:
just going to the gym and feeling the burn is motivation enough for me
BB Accomplishments:
i don feel like i have acomplished much so far but that keeps me going as well
this was taken about 6 months after i started working out.. i was 168 pounds before i took dis pic.. but no muscle and (sorry i don have any from before but i wouldnt really take pics at that time) being only 19 yrs old i thought i was heading the wrond direction.
this is bout two months after i thik my abs are really cominga along
