How I Started:
After graduation I was very over weight. I hit the gym and I have been addicted since then. Approx 18+years and I love it everyday!
Why I Love It:
The way you can change how your body looks. With more muscle and less body fat you just look healthier. And how you can see every muscle when you have lower body fat.
How I Stay Motivated:
I enjoy watching how the determination, dedication, drive, diet and weight training along with cardio can do a complete makeover on your body in a short time. I love doing multiple pieces of cardio equipment in a hour session. To keep my metabolism humming.

Clean up my eating, by more protein and healthy carbs in a meal 5-6 times a day. And not eating late at night. And get back to working out 5-6 days a week. I have lost some muscle, and my metabolism has slowed down. From not hitting the gym regularly in the last year. And now my overeating has caught up.

hey hun! i hope youre doing good thanks for checking in. im struggling with the new diet as we speak. idk if it will work or not which is probably part of why i am struggling also i want a lot of things that arent on it but i just need to focus & be more aware & present & focus on the nOW & not the future & ill be ok! still workin to look my best when the panel evaluates us!

yayyyy! im the worst @ eatin clean but im goin strong right now. ive got a lot of little tricks that help me resist cravings. I wish i just didnt have them! Im going to have a fun relaxing weekend tho.went super heavy on my legs today so im redy to go!
