I love your new picture! Very inspiring for me!! Thank you! I looked at the About Time website. The products look pretty healthy. I have a question in about the items being gluten free for Celiac people. I know whey is gluten free but I want to make sure about the entire product. It's nice to see some clean stuff is available!!!

Hey!!! Nice to hear from you again!! I'm still working out. I have been doing mostly cardio and switched to the Eat-clean Diet by Tosca Reno. She has great recipes. I've lost more weight so I'm very happy with my choices at this point. I haven't posted any pics for a while. I tried not too long ago but they came out super blury. I haven't tried it again yet. I'm looking forward to your pics!!! Keep in touch!
