Overall Goal: my goal is to bulk up to a solid 135 and loose about 3lbs of fat. I just want to be a little more sculpted.

I have always been a fit person, constantly doing some type of competitive dance. In 2002 i ruptured both of my Achilles Tendons and i have had 3 surgeries to repair them and i am finally able to start working out again to get back all of the muscle that i lost.
Why I Love It:
I love the energy, the rush, and the soar feeling after a good workout. It makes me feel better about my self :)
How I Stay Motivated:
I have a little me inside my head cheering me on, saying ONE MORE YOU CAN DO IT!!! and i have my good friend Jess that i go to the gym with and we keep each other going, even if we don't want to some days. We want to be healthy for the rest of our days and working out and taking care of our selfs is the only way.
BB Accomplishments:
getting to a point with my achillies to where i can run and do what i want to do. it took four and a half years to get them back up and running again.
