I need to see results. I'm pushing myself to see change. I'm eating better and eating more. I'm lifting heavier, never missing a day at the gym, and getting good rest. My goal is to gain some solid muscle, naturally. Generally speaking, I don't want to be big. However, relatively speaking, I want to be big for me -- I don't know how much I need to gain, but I know how I want to look. I'm thinking I need to gain about 20 lbs to see what I'm looking for. I'M READY TO GROW!
BB Accomplishments:
Needed something to take my mind off of things. Being in the gym was a way of shutting the rest of the world out and clearing my head.

That is actually the best compliment I can get. And your right it wasn't 6 months but 7 months. Have the newspapers to prove it. Anyway, I had a lot of muscle behind that flab I had. I took a 2 year break from anything and then got back into it. I had trained off and on for 10 years. Anyway, it can be done and done drug free. I was on the Cut Diet and it worked unbelieveably.
